Hendricks Therapy is a private, out-patient mental health office with four locations in Danville, Plainfield, Lafayette and Downtown Indianapolis.
Each office offers a safe and comfortable environment designed to welcome children and adults in various stages of life’s development and transition. We understand that each client’s personal journey is unique; therefore our approach is tailored to fit you specifically.
When you first schedule with a provider, you will be asked to make a deposit to hold that appointment.
The deposit is a credit prior to your appointment and if you desire, will be refunded to you once your visit is completed.
The reason for the deposit is to ensure that those who make an appointment are fully committed to keeping their appointment.
The deposit is not a fee for scheduling the appointment or establishing an account with the practice.
The deposit is not kept and may be refunded if you cancel your appointment with adequate notice and do not intend to reschedule.
